Underfloor heating is becoming an increasingly popular choice for modern homes and commercial spaces in the UK - offering a perfect blend of comfort, energy efficiency, and stylish living. Unlike traditional radiators, this innovative heating system distributes warmth evenly across the floor, creating a cosy and welcoming environment throughout the property. It also helps maximise interior space while reducing energy consumption and maintaining consistent temperatures. Suitable for both new builds and renovation projects, underfloor heating adds long-term value and convenience to any property. With advanced technology and improved efficiency, it has become a smart and practical solution for a comfortable everyday life.

Cempump Provides Underfloor Heating Installation
In Derby, Birmingham, Nottingham and nearby areas, Cempump provides complete underfloor heating installation services. They provide the best quality triple core pipework, pre-manufactured manifold systems with all the necessary pumps and wiring centres, with a choice of digital room stats.
Underfloor Heating with Smart controls
Cempump offers smart thermostats that are different from the traditional thermostats with basic on/off functions or even programmable controls. They allow you to take even greater control of your underfloor heating through Wi-Fi integration with web & mobile apps.
These modern thermostats provide a more accessible, user-friendly experience than physically turning a dial or using a control panel to adjust the temperature of your property.
Cempump has various Smart systems available, which can integrate with most heat source systems enabling you to be super energy efficient and more adaptive to modern living.
Low profile - Retro Underfloor Heating Systems at Cempump
Cempump also offers low-profile retro underfloor heating systems - relatively new water-fed underfloor heating systems that are ideal for installation where existing floors are already in place and removal is either not cost-effective or is just not desired due to noise, mess, etc.
These are proving very popular due to energy price increases, as they are far more cost-effective ways of heating properties.
They start from as little as a 20mm total build-up (plus floor coverings); while they can be installed in a variety of setups.
However, Cempump uses a fully insulated 18-22mm board with pre-grooved channels. They then install 12-16mm PERT pipes up to a new manifold, pressurise the system to ensure there are no leaks and then cover with a thin screed system to suit the application from as little as 5 mm to 20 mm, depending on the floor coverings to be applied.
These systems are a lot cleaner and quicker to install, and can be installed on either timber floors or solid concrete floors. They provide this underfloor heating service throughout the UK.
